Bulk storage facilities – With the largest storage facility of any independent fuel supplier in New York state, we contract for our gas in advance of the cold winter months, allowing us to guarantee consistent supply and to soften any price fluctuations that may occur during the season.

Automatic delivery – We set our customers up with an automatic delivery schedule. These deliveries are based upon your unique fuel usage, and we monitor this each month to make sure you never run out of fuel. You’ll never have to check your tank percentage or worry about your fuel reserve. We’ll do the watching and worrying for you!

Competitive pricing – We at Ehrhart Propane & Oil are proud of our track record in terms of price. We are always competitive with other dealers in the area.

Favorable terms – We always surprise potential customers with our low installation costs. There is no “set-up” fee, although for certain accounts we do request a deposit up front.

We offer free outside tank installation up to 75 feet from your home. The storage tank and regulator(s) are our property, so we don’t charge you for them. Nor do we charge you rent for using our equipment.

Customers on automatic delivery do not incur a delivery charge. We do charge a special delivery charge for same-day service  or for run-outs that are the customer’s responsibility. However, anyone who runs out of gas due to our mistake will receive a full tank with no extra delivery charge.
